If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process. 1. Return Eligibility
You can return items purchased from Cameralinzo under the following conditions:
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any other items that came with it.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required for all returns. This can be found in the order confirmation email we sent you at the time of purchase.
Exceptions to Return Policy:
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Opened or used memory cards, batteries, or other consumables
- Special-order or custom products
- Any items marked as “final sale”
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@cameralinzo.com or call us at (509) 754-3383 to request a return authorization. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Upon receiving your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Shipping the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any other included items. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective product or our error.
- Return Shipping Address: The RA number and return shipping address will be provided to you upon approval of your return request.
Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is lost in transit.
3. Refunds and Processing
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions outlined above. Upon approval, we will process your refund or exchange as follows:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refund Processing Time: After the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your account may vary depending on your payment provider and bank processing times.
- Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of 10-15% may apply to certain returns, especially for items that have been opened or used. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error or if the product is defective. If you are returning an item due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different model or size, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product. Please contact us if you have any questions about the exchange process.
5. Damaged or Defective Items

We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a full refund. Please retain the original packaging and product until we have resolved the issue. We may require photos of the damage to process your return.
6. International Returns
For international customers, the return process is similar, but please note that you are responsible for any return shipping costs and customs duties. International returns must also be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
