1. Order Processing Time
- Order Fulfillment: Orders placed on Cameralinzo.com are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, but please note that processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and other factors.
- Custom Orders: In the case of special or custom orders, processing may take longer. You will be notified if there is a delay in the processing time for your order.
- Backordered Items: If you place an order for an item that is out of stock but available for pre-order, we will notify you of the estimated ship date. You will not be charged until your item ships.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, even in the event of a return, unless the item was defective or damaged during transit.

4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We can ship to P.O. Boxes, as well as APO (Army Post Office) and FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses within the U.S. However, please note that certain shipping carriers do not offer expedited or express shipping to these addresses. Shipping times may also be longer than usual for military addresses.
5. International Shipping
Cameralinzo ships to select countries outside the United States. International shipping is available for most products, but please be aware of the following:
- Shipping Fees: International shipping fees vary based on the destination and shipping method chosen.
- Customs Duties and Taxes: The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may apply to international shipments. These charges are levied by the destination country and are not included in the shipping cost or paid to Cameralinzo.
- Delivery Times: International delivery times may vary depending on the country, the shipping method chosen, and any customs delays. Customs processing may add additional time to your order’s delivery.
6. Delivery Times
- Domestic Orders: Estimated delivery times for domestic shipments are typically within 5-7 business days for standard shipping and 2-3 business days for expedited shipping. Next-day delivery is available for certain orders if placed before the specified cutoff time.
- International Orders: Delivery times for international orders will vary by country. International shipments may take anywhere from 7-14 business days, depending on the shipping method selected and customs clearance.
Note: While we make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible, actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, holidays, or extreme weather conditions.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, allowing you to track the status of your shipment. You can also track your order by logging into your Cameralinzo account and viewing the order status.
8. Order Issues and Delays
If you experience any issues with your order’s delivery, such as delays, missing packages, or damaged goods, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether by contacting the shipping carrier, issuing a replacement, or offering a refund if necessary.
- Lost or Damaged Orders: In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will investigate the issue and work with the carrier to resolve it. If the item is confirmed to be lost or damaged, we will either provide a replacement or process a refund, depending on the circumstances.
9. Address Errors
Please make sure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. Cameralinzo is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If an order is returned due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping charges.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately to make any necessary corrections before the order is processed.
10. Shipping Restrictions
